52nd Annual Golf Classic

Once again this year, we expect a sell-out exciting day with all proceeds benefiting Variety the Children’s Charity of Southern California to support abused, underprivileged, disabled and emotionally challenged children in our community. This year we have the pleasuring of honoring Ann-Elizabeth Crotty, EVP of Global Customer Experience & Global Client Services at Sony Pictures!

Our Education Grants provide underprivileged children and at-risk youth the programs necessary to pursue their education and dreams and overcome the barriers of poverty, poor performing schools and high levels of unemployment.  Variety’s Health Care Grants support early intervention programs for kids with learning disabilities; medical care and therapy for children who are victims of abuse and neglect, help for kids and families facing homelessness and camps for hundreds of kids battling life-threatening illnesses.   Variety’s Mobility Program provides confidence, freedom, and much-needed therapeutic exercise to children with disabilities by providing specially-designed adaptive bikes, strollers and other mobility equipment.  The more than $200,000 raised at our Golf Classic will provide assistance to thousands of children in our community who need our help!
